Hi to all,
We plan so much for the birth of a child and think little of what happens after. A lot of women just need to get over the birth hurdle, see that their baby is okay and recover physically from the birth. Once you have a baby your body has changed, it is a wonderful change as it has brought about your beautiful child. One of the changes we don’t usually discuss is sex life. It is such an important part of every woman and every relationship and should be brought to everyone’s attention. The reason I am writing about this is that I crossed paths with a wonderful person who has a blog and book called Reclaiming Sex After Birth. Below is what its all about:
Are you looking for down to earth, honest and realistic advice and information on what to expect from sex after birthing?
Do you have concerns or questions about what to expect emotionally, psychologically and physically after birth?
Have you wondered what impact birth has on your sex life and why that is so?
Have you wondered how to reclaim or reignite that spark, but are just at a loss of why or how it even went out?
If you are pregnant, or in a newly pregnant partnership, just birthed or have children of any age and have wondered about any of these things or know anyone in this situation - you are in the right place.
Our intention is for this site to be a starting point, an inspiration and a safe space for questions to be asked, wisdom to be shared and to provide information.
